Old Praga has recently become a trendy place for pubs, clubs, small galleries and other cultural venues. Nearby you also have Praski Park, Warsaw's Zoo and international train station Warszawa Wschodnia and a shopping centre Wilenska.

Even though the Old Town and the city centre are on the other side of the river the trams supports fast and traffic resistant connection that takes you in 10 minutes to the Old Town.

The apartment is placed on 6th floor of a quite recently build residential building that has underground garage (place for one car for the apartment guest), elevator and full security system. The flat consists of one bedroom with a double bed, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette and bathroom with bathtub. Kitchenette is equipped with stove, fridge, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave oven etc.
